Agreement Brings HotelView’s Video Tours to Over 50 Travel Sites

POMPANO BEACH, FL – May 24, 2000 – HotelView Corporation, a subsidiary of Visual Data Corporation (NASDAQ: VDAT), announced today that it has entered into its most substantial distribution agreement to-date. The agreement with New River Technologies, an affiliate of Certified Vacations Group, Inc., will enable web surfers to experience HotelView’s full motion, narrative video tours at more than 50 travel Internet sites. These sites include Travelocity, Expedia, Preview Travel, Yahoo! Travel and Lowestfare.com that feature vacation packages offered by Certified Vacations Group brands.
